Five angles, three A+ hooks each, every one sending women to the same free masterclass. Written to be said out loud by Caroline, in her words.

01

Origin story

The PT who became the patient

Who it's for: Moms 30 to 50 who've quietly stopped running or jumping

Three hooks, all A+

  1. AI'm a pelvic floor physical therapist, and after my first baby I couldn't run a mile without leaking.
  2. BI knew every pelvic floor exercise in the textbook, and I still needed a pad to go for a run.
  3. CA surgeon told me I'd need a sling to run again. Three kids later, I run without leaking and I never had the surgery.

On screen

Caroline to camera in the studio, pelvis model in hand. Cut to her running outdoors.

Body

I'd been treating women for years when it happened to me. Leaking on every run, then a prolapse.

The workouts I'd always relied on made it worse, and the kegels I'd been taught to prescribe didn't fix it.

What fixed it was treating my pelvic floor as part of a pressure system, with my breath, my ribs and my deep core, and resetting that before I built strength back on top.

Today I run, lift and do triathlons, leak-free, with no surgery.

New mechanism

Kegels are the villain

Who it's for: Women who've done kegels for months and still have symptoms

Three hooks, all A+

  1. AIf kegels were going to fix it, they'd have fixed it by now.
  2. BThis is why doing more kegels can make leaking worse, and almost nobody explains it.
  3. CStop squeezing. Here's what a pelvic floor physical therapist does instead.

On screen

Hands squeezing a stress ball until it slips, cut to Caroline holding the pelvis model.

Body

A lot of women who leak don't have a weak pelvic floor. They have a tight one that's been bracing all day.

Squeeze a tight muscle more and it has nowhere left to go when you sneeze, laugh or land a jump.

Your pelvic floor is the bottom of a pressure system. The top is your diaphragm. If you don't reset the whole system, every rep you do just pushes pressure down.

Over 100,000 women have learned to fix the system instead of squeezing harder. One of them, an OB-GYN, called it the best home program she's tried.

Fear / identity

Told surgery was the only option

Who it's for: Women with prolapse symptoms, scared exercise will make it worse

Three hooks, all A+

  1. AI was told surgery was my only option. I said no, and I'm glad I did.
  2. BHeaviness by 3pm that's gone by morning is common. It isn't normal.
  3. CMost women with a prolapse stop lifting because they're scared. Here's what I tell them instead.

On screen

Caroline seated, speaking softly to camera. Text on screen: common isn't normal.

Body

When I got my prolapse, I was scared every squat would make it worse. Most women are.

So they stop. They stop lifting, stop running, stop jumping on the trampoline with their kids, and their world gets smaller.

Here's what changed it for me: breath and pressure first, then strength in the right order, then impact. Done that way, strength training becomes the thing that supports your pelvic floor, not the thing that threatens it.

I've helped more than 100,000 women with this approach, and I teach the whole framework for free.

Is it too late?

Years after the last baby

Who it's for: Moms 5 to 15+ years postpartum who assume this is permanent

Three hooks, all A+

  1. ATen years since the last baby, and the trampoline is still off limits. That can change.
  2. BFifteen years after her C-section, she found her deep core again.
  3. CIt's been years since your last baby, so you figured this is just how your body is now. It's not.

On screen

Kids' trampoline in a backyard, cut to Caroline with the pelvis model explaining the breath.

Body

One of our members started Connect 15 years after her C-section. She told us the cues helped her activate her core in a way she didn't think was possible.

Your pelvic floor is a muscle group. Muscles respond to training at any age. What gets stuck is the habits around it: how you breathe, how you brace, how you've learned to move to avoid symptoms.

Those habits can be retrained, and that's most of what we do.

Proof / social

Three PTs, still not fixed

Who it's for: Women who've tried in-person PT and plateaued

Three hooks, all A+

  1. AShe saw three pelvic floor PTs before she found us. Here's what she said after one week.
  2. BFifteen years of SI joint pain, two kids and failed surgeries. Here's what finally helped Kari.
  3. C4.9 stars from 458 ratings, and the review I read the most is from a woman who'd almost given up.

On screen

Scroll of real App Store reviews on a phone, then Caroline to camera.

Body

Dani had been to three pelvic floor PTs. She told us she learned more in our one-week Reset phase than in all her in-person visits.

Kari had 15 years of SI joint pain, two kids and surgeries that didn't fix it. Three and a half months in, she has large parts of her day with no pain.

Neither of them did anything extreme. They learned to reset the pressure system first, then built strength on top of it, in the right order.
