The Connect Comeback · 12 weeks

Get back to the workouts you gave up, without leaking, heaviness or fear

A 12-week program where my team assesses you, builds your plan around your body and checks your form every week, until you're running, jumping and lifting again.

The Pressure System Method

Reset the system, rebuild strength into it, then return to impact

Your pelvic floor works with your diaphragm, ribs, deep core, glutes and feet. Squeezing one part harder doesn't fix the system, so we work on all of it, in order.

Weeks 1 to 3

Reset

Why kegels didn't fix it

Your assessment finds where pressure is going, then breath, ribs and the deep core get reconnected first.

Weeks 4 to 8

Rebuild

Reset before you strengthen

Strength work that keeps the pressure where it belongs: squats, hinges, carries and core, progressed every week.

Weeks 9 to 12

Return

Train back into the workouts you quit

Impact, running and heavier lifts brought back in stages, with a date on the calendar for your goal activity.

What's included

Everything you need to get there

1

The 1:1 Pressure System Assessment

A video call with a Connect coach in week one. We look at your breath, your posture and how you move, and connect it to your symptoms.

You'll know your cause: tight, weak or both, and where the pressure's going.
2

Your Comeback Plan, built for you The unfair advantage

My team writes your 12 weeks from your assessment, pulling the right sessions from 850+ Connect workouts, so you never have to guess what to do next.

A plan for your body, not a generic program.
3

Weekly form reviews

Film a set, upload it, and a coach marks it up within 48 hours.

Every key movement checked, so nothing you do pushes pressure down.
4

A live call with me, every week

Sixty minutes on Zoom. Bring your questions, your symptoms and your wins, and I'll tell you what to change.

You're never stuck on the same week for long.
5

Coach messaging, Monday to Friday

Had a heavy day or a leak on a run? Message your coach and get an answer the same day.

A flare-up becomes a plan change, not a reason to quit.

Why me

I've been the patient

I'm a Doctor of Physical Therapy with over 15 years in pelvic health. I'm also the woman who was leaking on every run after her first baby, then had a prolapse, then got told after her third that she'd need a sling to run again.

I didn't have the surgery. I run leak-free today, and Connect has helped over 100,000 women since. The Comeback is the closest thing to working with me and my team one on one.

The Comeback Guarantee

Do the work and we don't stop until you're back

Do the assessment, the weekly check-ins and three sessions a week for 12 weeks. If you're not back to at least one activity you'd stopped, we keep coaching you, free, until you get there.

Your investment

$3,000 to $4,500

Depending on the plan your assessment calls for. My team will walk you through it on a short call, and tell you honestly if it's not the right fit.

40 women per cohort, because a coach reviews every form video
