Preview: What to have ready

Hey {FIRST NAME},

Your call with my team is booked. It's in your calendar, and you'll get a reminder before it starts.

Two things to have ready:

  • A rough timeline of your symptoms, when they started and what you've tried
  • The one activity you'd most like to get back to

No prep work and no forms.

What working with my team actually looks like

Preview: Week one, week six, week twelve

Hey {FIRST NAME},

I want you to see what the Comeback looks like from the inside, before your call.

Week one is your assessment. A coach watches you breathe, move and brace, and connects it to your symptoms. You'll leave knowing whether your pelvic floor is tight, weak or both.

Week six you're into strength. Squats, hinges, carries, all with your breath and core doing their jobs. You're sending your coach a form video each week and getting it back marked up.

Week twelve is the one you've been waiting for. Running, jumping, the heavier lifts, brought back in stages, with a date you've been working toward.

And every week, you're on a live call with me.

"What if it doesn't work for me?"

Preview: The question under every other question

Hey {FIRST NAME},

Most women don't say it out loud on the call, but it's there: what if this is one more thing that doesn't work?

I've thought about that a lot, which is why the Comeback starts with an assessment instead of a generic plan. Most programs fail because they treat every woman the same. We don't.

It's also why we guarantee it. Do the work for 12 weeks, and if you're not back to at least one activity you'd stopped, we keep coaching you, free, until you get there.

Bring that question to your call. My team would rather answer it honestly than have you wonder.

Before your call, here's what to expect

Preview: No pressure, ever

Hey {FIRST NAME},

Your call is tomorrow, and I want you to know what to expect.

It's a conversation, not a pitch. My team will ask about your symptoms and your goals, and they'll tell you whether they think the Comeback is right for you. Sometimes it isn't, and they'll say so.

If it's a fit, they'll walk you through the plan and the investment. You can decide on the call or take a day. Either is fine.

Your call with my team is today. The link's in your calendar invite.

Find somewhere quiet where you can talk openly. These are personal things, and you should feel comfortable.

Looking forward to hearing how it goes.
